Every product begins the same way. Not with pixels, but with uncertainty.
Someone has a goal. Users have frustrations. Engineering has constraints. The business has expectations. Somewhere between them is the right solution. My job is to find it, make it clear, and help the team ship it.
Over the last decade I've designed across streaming, finance, healthcare, education, startups, and local businesses. Different industries, same discipline.
Understand the problem. Identify the signal. Build the system. Test the experience. Refine what ships.
AI changed how quickly we can explore ideas. It didn't change how we decide which ideas deserve to exist. That's still design.

The route from an unclear brief to a shipped experience.
Strong products do not begin with a polished layout. They begin with a clear understanding of the problem, the people affected, and the constraints shaping the solution. Every case study follows this route from discovery through launch. AI accelerates exploration; judgment, collaboration, and craft guide the work.

A metric stalls, a user struggles, or a business goal needs support. I start by understanding the request, the audience, the current experience, and the constraints.
- 02Patterns · Opportunity
Research, analytics, stakeholder input, and competitive reviews reveal patterns. Those patterns become focused opportunities and measurable priorities.
- 03Concepts · Direction
AI helps me widen the exploration quickly. I narrow it through user needs, brand fit, feasibility, accessibility, and the business goal.

Typography, hierarchy, components, responsive behavior, content, and interaction rules become one coherent visual system.
- 05Motion · Prototype
Motion clarifies state, guides attention, and demonstrates how the experience behaves. I prototype in Figma and code when fidelity matters, so the idea is real enough to test.

I document behavior, edge cases, responsive rules, and assets, then work closely with engineers through implementation and quality review.
- 07Learning · Iteration
The launch is another signal. Feedback, performance data, and observed behavior shape the next improvement.
