Problem
A strong service hidden behind a weak digital experience. The old site said little about the programs and less about Wade's credentials, so visitors had to work to understand what was offered and how to start.
Solution
Content restructured around credibility, program clarity, proof, and action, with booking prompts placed where a visitor has enough information to act rather than spread evenly down the page.
Outcome
During the measured post-launch period, client inquiries increased by 40% and program sign-ups by 30%.

Overview
Wade Warren needed a site that communicated the value of his training, established credibility, and made the next step obvious. I rebuilt the experience around a clearer service hierarchy, stronger social proof, and a shorter path from interest to a booked session.
Challenge & Constraints
The old site gave little detail on the programs and did not communicate Wade's credentials, approach, or client outcomes. It also had to serve three audiences at once: first-timers comparing programs, returning clients scheduling, and prospects looking for reassurance before committing.
Discovery
I reviewed comparable fitness and coaching sites to see how the successful ones communicate programs, pricing, credibility, and transformation. Visitors consistently need fast answers to four questions: is this trainer credible, is there a program for my goal, what results have others had, and how do I book?
Strategy
Build trust before asking for commitment. The structure moves through credibility, program clarity, proof, then action: Wade's story establishes trust, program detail supports comparison, testimonials reduce uncertainty, and booking closes it. Rather than spacing CTAs evenly, they appear at the moments a visitor has enough information to say yes.
Design & Execution
A dark foundation with high-contrast yellow accents signals energy and directs attention to action. Montserrat holds a modern, athletic tone while staying readable down to small screens. Geometric and directional elements reinforce movement without adding noise around the program information.
Motion & Prototype
Entrance animations, hover states, and section transitions keep the interface feeling active without pulling focus from the content. I prototyped the primary journey from homepage to program selection to booking, checking that a visitor could understand the offer and reach scheduling without detours, then built it responsively in Webflow.
Launch & Outcome
During the measured post-launch period, client inquiries increased by 40% and program sign-ups by 30%. Video testimonials gave the proof more weight, and booking moved from a phone-tag negotiation to a direct action on the page.
Reflection
Conversion is rarely created by a louder CTA. It comes from removing uncertainty before the CTA appears. Clarifying the offer, showing credible proof, and simplifying booking did more here than visual polish could have.
