Creating an inviting, professional website that effectively communicated Kristin Watson’s expertise and services as a chemistry tutor was a significant challenge. The previous website did not adequately showcase her qualifications and was not user-friendly, making it difficult for potential students to find information and book sessions.

Additionally, developing a booking system that was intuitive and streamlined reduced the back-and-forth communication required to schedule tutoring sessions. This involved designing a user-friendly interface that simplified the booking process for both new and returning students, ensuring a seamless experience.

User surveys and focus groups were conducted to gather direct input from students and parents about what features they found most valuable in a tutoring website. This qualitative data was crucial in shaping the user experience and ensuring the site met the needs of its audience. Wireframing
